On most of our hoarding jobs, a reoccurring comment that our clients tend to make is “I’m not sure where to start.” Well, rest assure that you started in the right direction by making the call to ask for help. We know taking the first step to ask for help can be difficult, so at Bio-One we do our best to make your journey to a fresh start a smooth one. Below I will walk you through our process so you have an idea of how it will work.
Step 1
Call us and tell us about your home, such as the size, number of bedrooms, and a brief description of the what the current condition is. From there, we will set up a date and time to conduct a walk-through of the home. We offer estimates at no charge so we can give you the most accurate estimate.
Step 2
After the walkthrough, we will reach back at to you with 24-48 hours to go over a written detailed proposal of what we believe needs to be done, combined with your desires for your home as well. Once we go through the proposal, you will let us know how you would like to move forward. Whether you decide to go with us or not, we respect your decision and we do not push you into feeling like you have to make a decision right then and there.
Step 3
If you decide to move forward with us, Bio-One will coordinate a date with you to start the job. We will coordinate the dumpster logistics and get our crew ready to transform your home. A hoarding cleanout could take hours or days, it really depends on the amount of debris that needs to be removed. Our crews always work hard to ensure we get the job done as fast and efficient as possible.
